Service Description
The abundant sunshine and high elevation of the equator provide the ideal habitat for Kenyan tea. The Tea farm tour offers a scenic tour of the tea highlands and the process of picking & processing tea. This is a full day trip, it will take around 7 hours, a packed lunch and water are included in the price. Tour Highlights: • Pick up from Nairobi hotel/ residence where you will depart for your tea farm tour. • Tour the farm and see how tea is planted from the seed bed. • Learn the process involved in harvesting tea • Witness the tea picking process (depends on the season) • Sample Kenyan tea.
