DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders are shipped through Kenya's national postal service so no guarantees of delivery times can be made. However, we will endeavor to deliver all parcels within the time frame stated at the order confirmation page.
If a product is not damaged or broken, Taste of Kenya are happy to accept returns up to 7 days after receiving your order as long as the product remains unopened (Excludes delivery cost). This does not affect your statutory rights.
If a product is defective/damaged in any way, please return it and we will offer either a replacement or refund. Any breakages/damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please include your reference number in any correspondence with us.
If you have selected to pay online by credit card or paypal and your order has not arrived within the shipping timeline, please contact Taste of Kenya Customer Service immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the order number and your name or the company name.
All sales are final unless order problems/issues are confirmed by Taste of Kenya, at its sole discretion, to be actionable. In such cases, Taste of Kenya will confirm with the Kenyan post that the product was not delivered and we will refund the payment to your card. All order problems/issues inquiries must be received within 24 hours of the order date listed on your order confirmation email.
Taste of Kenya will issue no cash refunds/ Postal Orders/ Cheques.
